6. Production & “Forged-to-Order” Policy

    • Extended or full-range orders 11 or more: up to 7 business days, as advanced blending (“alchemy”) may be required.


  • In the event of supply chain delays or ingredient unavailability, we will notify you promptly.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer


We ship worldwide except where restricted by law.


  • Delivery times vary by country, customs clearance, and local carriers.

  • A link to detailed shipping zones, costs, and conditions (“Map of Sacred Routes”) is available on our website.

  • Once the order leaves our facilities, risk of loss or damage passes to the carrier. However, we will assist in resolving transit issues within reasonable limits.

  • Wrong product received due to our error.
    Customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery, providing photos and proof of purchase. Approved cases will result in either replacement or refund at our discretion.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:

  • Opened or used cosmetics due to hygiene reasons.
